We have a range of first aid courses. Occupational FA are QQA, level 5, HSA approved 3 day Occupational First Aid course. Our Basic First Aid course is a 2 day, 16 hour course suitable for those who work in a volunteer capacity in youth or sports clubs. We have some subject specific (Adult, Paediatric& Sports) short information courses.

We provide both Manual Handling and People Moving course. Manual Handling is the recognised course for most industries. People Moving is a manual handling course which includes all the elements of manual handling and also the additional skills for moving people. People moving is normally required for those working in the healthcare setting.
Our range of CPR courses has extended to include our new CPR Schools course, Community and Healthcare Provider BLS courses. Our new CPR Schools course is aimed at those in secondary schools but can be adapted for 6th class primary schools. Our community courses include the IHF recognised Heartsaver Course aimed at those who have or are responsible for a defibrillator. Our CFR course is aimed at First Responders who are activated by the National Ambulance Service. We also cater for those in the healthcare sector from the HCP course to our own GP practice cardiac arrest management course.

We can offer advise on setting up a Cardiac First Responder Scheme or the purchase of defibrillators. As we dont sell defibrillators directly we can independantly advise you on the most appropreate defibrillator/AED for your group or company.
Our specialist courses include Schools CPR, GP Cardiac arrest management and Fire Service EFR courses.
Our Schools CPR course is aimed at secondary school pupils. Our GP Practice Cardiac arrest management appropriately qualifies staff in CPR and the use of a defibrillator as well as updating staff in current mediations and protocols. Our EFR course is a week-long medical and trauma course which is PHECC approved and aimed at Fire Service personnel.
