GDPR privacy notice

If you collect personal data from the individuals themselves, you must include the following in your privacy notice at the time you obtain the data:

Minimal data will be collected as required by certifying bodies. Course certifying bodies include the Irish Heart Foundation, CPL Institute, PHECC, Slán Sábháilte. This data includes names and contact details. This information will be held in hard/soft copy for 2-3 years depending on the certification requirements of each of the courses.

Contact details will only be held on hard copy. Names will be sent to the certifying body.

Photos are taken as part of training to support the work of the company. They will be used on our website and social media sites. We will seek consent to use the photos on each course. Participants can ask to have the photos removed at any stage by contacting the data controller.

Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office
